Riso-Rama | Publishing Event Rebrand

Riso-Rama is an independent publishing event that brings together artists, students, and community members to highlight Risograph work and connect creatives across Texas. In 2025, Riso-Rama was held at Texas State University and I was part of the MFA Professional Practice team tasked with rebranding the event.  I lead the Branding and Web Design teams.

For this rebrand, we wanted to capture the vibrant and youthful nature of the independent print community surround riso-printing. We also aimed to highlight the 1950s frenzy, the "rama", by centering the rebrand around the mid-century aesthetic.

This was a comprehensive rebranding campaign and, as such, there were physical, digital, and wayfinding elements to the events. We knocked the brief out of the park and created a memorable event and laid down the foundation for a new branding system that can be reused.​
